Ro Flight — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ro Flight application and account portal. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Ro Flight. A single account may be used on up to three (3) devices. Reinstalling the app on a device is treated as a new device for this limit.
2. Launch promotion
Accounts verified on or before 31 December 2026 receive complimentary access for the promotional period. Access after that date is governed by the Terms then in force.
3. Your responsibilities
Ro Flight is a planning and monitoring aid. You remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and safety of every flight plan you file and every flight you conduct, and for complying with all applicable aviation regulations and the procedures of the authority you file with. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
The app lets you file either an ICAO flight plan with ROMATSA or a VFR notification with AACR (vfr.caa.ro). A VFR notification is valid only for a flight conducted entirely in Class G airspace; deciding whether a given flight qualifies, and choosing the correct channel for it, is your responsibility. The app states this restriction where you make the choice, but it does not and cannot verify it.
4. Third-party services
Flight-plan filing depends on the systems of the authority you file with — ROMATSA (flightplan.romatsa.ro) or AACR (vfr.caa.ro) — and the app relies on third-party hosting providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services, including whether a submission the app reports as sent was in fact accepted and acted upon.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
Ro Flight is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on flight or NOTAM information.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
