Ro Flight — User Manual

Ro Flight is a flight-planning and monitoring app for VFR pilots. It lets you plan a route, store your pilot and aircraft details, file flight plans with the Romanian flight authority (ROMATSA), and confirm your landing — all from your phone. This manual walks through each screen in the app and explains every functionality available.

How it all fits together
A typical end-to-end flow looks like this:
- Create your account on this website, then sign in in the app.
- Fill in your Pilot Profile and run Test Login once to verify your ROMATSA credentials.
- Set up an Aircraft Profile so the app knows what you're flying.
- Create a plan from the Flight Plans list and fill in the Flight Plan Form.
- Submit the plan to file it with ROMATSA.
- After you land, open the plan and Inform Landing — or Cancel the plan if the flight doesn't happen.
